Fasy Real Estate was established in 1914 in
Philadelphia, PA. Bob entered the business in 1949. He
had offices in Drexel Hill and Rose Tree, Media in
Delaware County and Berwyn on the Main Line. He still
maintains an office in Philadelphia but relocated to the
South Jersey shore area 15 years ago.
Robert C Fasy
Bob is a NJ and
PA licensed real estate broker and owner. Since
relocating to the shore in Ocean City, NJ, he has become
a specialist in vacation sales and rentals on the South
Jersey Coast. He is the one you need to contact as he is
highly trained and experienced in all aspects of helping
you rent, buy and sell residential and/or investment
properties.
Bob has been in
the business for over 50 years and is very dedicated to
personal service. A graduate of St. Joseph's University
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, he is more
than qualified to assist you.
He
also continues to take real estate courses in PA to
satisfy his broker requirements. His real estate
knowledge and expertise would be hard to surpass by most
real estate agents in the nation
Megan Fasy
Megan is a graduate of James Madison University in VA
with a degree in marketing. She has been active as a
real estate associate since returning to the area and
has been licensed since 1988. Not only is she involved
with the sales and rentals of properties in all shore
areas, she is also an active real estate appraiser in
these same areas
Robert Fasy, Jr
Bob Jr.
has been a licensed real estate associate for ten years
and is now a NJ licensed real estate broker.
After pursuing an engineering degree at Carnegie Melon
Institute in Pittsburgh, he returned to the shore area.
He has lived in North Wildwood for eight years and
specializes in sales and rentals in The Wildwoods. Since he is extremely knowledgeable
about all the aspects of Wildwood, he is the perfect
agent for all your real estate needs
