TOWNSENDS INLET RECREATION FACILITY
RULES AND REGULATIONS

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Townsends Inlet Recreation Facility by all guests, the following rules have been established and will be enforced by the Recreation Quarters Attendants, Managers, and the Group Commander as necessary. You may be asked to leave or be refused further visits for violation of any of these rules. Thank you for your cooperation and support! We hope you enjoy your stay

• Smoking is not permitted in the Recreation Quarters

• Pets are prohibited on any part of the premises

• Do not move furniture

• Room contents are checked before and after occupancy. Members will be held responsible for missing or damaged items. The cost of replacement or repair will be billed to the member

• Individuals making the reservations must be present at the time of check in and for the duration of the stay

• Overnight occupancy of persons other than those on the reservation sheet is not permitted

• All children under 13 must be supervised while on the facility

• Do not let children mark on walls or furniture

• Loud or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated

• Check out time is 1000. If you stay beyond 1000, you will be billed for an extra day. You must check out with the recreation facility attendant

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, including cleaning and putting away dishes and silverware, and washing, drying and folding towels and linens. Please keep the inside of the stove, microwave, and refrigerator clean, and external surfaces wiped down Remember you are sharing the property with others

• Towels are provided for personal use only. They are not to be removed from the premises or used to clean cars, surf boards, bikes, etc

• Do not leave doors and windows open while you are away from the facility during your stay

• Guests shall leave grounds and facilities in good condition. Please return bikes and other sports equipment to the shed, pick up trash you may have left, etc

• Cleaning fish on the property is strictly prohibited

• Surf Boards, boogie boards, and bicycles are prohibited in the guest rooms

• Campers, travel trailers, and motor homes are permitted provided they fit in the parking area and are used only for transportation or storage

• Members are responsible for the actions of all family members and guests staying at Townsend’s Inlet, and will be held accountable for any damages or claims against the same

• The Coast Guard is not responsible for damages to or loss of personal belongings of anyone staying at Townsends Inlet Recreation Facility
